Return Policy

1. Your statutory right of return (14 days no reason for return)According to the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to return goods without reason within 14 days of receiving the items, without incurring any penalties.Return period: Calculated from the date you receive the goods.Applicable conditions:The item must be unused, undamaged, and retain the original packaging and tags.Provide proof of purchase (such as order number or invoice).


2. Return ProcessSubmit request: Initiate a return request via email at [email protected] or through your account on the website, specifying the order number and reason.Wait for confirmation: We will respond within 48 hours and provide the return address and instructions.Return the goods: Please use a traceable shipping service (such as DHL/UPS) and retain the tracking number.Return shipping costs: To be borne by the consumer (unless due to product quality issues or our error).


3. Refund ProcessingRefund Timeline: The refund will be completed within 14 days after the return is received and accepted.Refund Method: Refund will be made back to your payment account.Deductions: If the value of the product decreases due to non-quality issues (such as packaging damage), a portion of the amount may be deducted proportionally.


4. Exchange PolicyIf you need to exchange (for size/color issues):First follow the return process as mentioned above.Reorder or contact customer service for priority handling of the new order.Note: EU law does not require merchants to provide exchange services; this is our additional commitment.


5. Exception Cases (Non-Returnable)

The following items are not eligible for return without reason: Sealed packaged items that have been opened.

Items damaged due to improper use by the consumer.
